Hello People!!!!!
Ok, I had to start the Red yesterday night because the violet was kicking my butt - hehehe
So yesterday all I wanted to do was sleep!!!!!!!!!!
Meditated last night and woke up this moring feeling GREAT!!!! I have my energy today!!!
Ok so today I have already had to release anger towards co-workers - men hehehe And instead of me going completely off on them I just let them stuble over what they were trying to tell me. And whats funny is that they didnt look like the were stumbling over there words but I just knew with the conversation that we were having they were thinking on their feet. It was like I was looking in their head - hehe
Ok - just thought I would share!!

Wow what a difference a color makes I'm so happy you posted. I remember when I had my surgery I switched to the red and needed almost no pain meds. I'm usually a big ole whiner when I'm in pain but the red really helped.

So far all red has done for me is make me apathetic and listless. I had to do the orange and pink just to crawl out of it. Bad week to give up Dr Pepper!

I gave it up because it's nothing more than poison and I've been trying to detox my body. Also I felt I could not survive a morning without it which is a signal to me that I'm addicted. I'm trying to lose weight and drinking pop counteracts the benefits I get from going to the gym. Not only that, by noon I would feel absolutely horrible from having the sugar in my system. Between the Course in Light and EFT, I now cannot drink Dr Pepper and Coke isn't much better. Fortunately, Ginger Ale is still as good as it ever was!

Yeah you are right Soda is poison. I stopped smoking again so I understand the addiction thing very well. Can you tell me a little more about EFT and what it is? I never heard of it before

Go to www.emofree.com and download the free manual. Go take a bath and read the manual.. By the time your bath is done, you'll realise you've read the whole thing and will be confident in trying it. I broke free of Dr Pepper in just one session and I sure wasn't expecting it to be that easy!

Wow... I've been working with the ruby ray all this past week and have been SO sleepy! Guess this is the reason! Oh well... I'm moving on to the next color tomorrow...
